Cara Membuat Mix Fruits Salad

haaiiii disini gue akan memberikan resep membuat mix fruits salad. okeeyy, langsung aja yaahhh. cekidott...

 Bahan :
-  Apel merah
-  Anggur
-  Strawberry
-  Pir hijau
-  Kiwi
- Jeruk sunkist

bahan membuat dressing :
- 1 butir kuning telur
- 1/4 sdt mustard
- 100 ml salad oil
- 4 sdm yougurt
- 1 sdm susu kental manis
- garam
- merica
- air jeruk nipis

cara membat dressing :
- cuci peralatan yang akan digunakan.
- kocok kuning telur dengan arah searah
- campurkan mustard, lalu kocok lagi dengan searah dan teratur.
- tambahkan sedikit demi sedikit salad oil dengan tetap di kocok secara teratur.
- setlah tercampur semuanya, tambahkan garam, merica bubuk dan air jeruk nipis,
- tambahkan yougurt dan susu kental manis, aduk kembali hingga merata.

cara membuat :
- cuci semua bahan yang akan digunakan..
- potong masing masing buah berbentuk dadu
- rendam dalam air lemon buah yang sudah dipotong dadu agar tidak menghitam.
- hidangkan pada salad plate, lalu beri dressing di atasnyaa..
